At Emerald Lake RV Resort, we aim to keep things simple, fair, and transparent. Please review our refund policy before making a reservation.


1. Reservation Payments

  • All reservations may require full or partial payment at the time of booking
  • Monthly stays must be paid in advance

2. Cancellation Policy

Short-Term Stays (Nightly / Weekly)

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund

Long-Term Stays (Monthly)

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable once the stay has begun
  • Early departures do not qualify for refunds

3. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notice will be considered a no-show
  • No-shows are non-refundable

4. Early Departures

  • No refunds will be issued for unused days due to early check-out

5. Weather Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Facility Availability

  • Amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades
  • This does not qualify for refunds

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund method will match the original payment method where possible

8. Management Discretion

  • All refunds are subject to management approval
  • Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
